Refund policy
*BY PURCHASING AT AFFORDABLEBRICKS.US, YOU AGREE TO RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.
*Due to current processing limitations, refunds will be sent Tuesday-Thursday. If we grant you a return / refund, you will get refund receipt as well as confirmation in that day range.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We are not responsible- or willing to offer a return based on an item not being in your desired time. You agree to our shipping and refund policy upon order, so simply "not wanting an item anymore" is not a basis for return as you the customer verified the order. Our shipping policy is an estimate but not a guarantee items will ship during that range. Buying from Affordable Bricks means you accept all our policies and any shipping time that may occur. Our checkout has 2FA as well as 3DS codes that confirms yourself- the recipient as the purchaser.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for you to remember to add discount codes, as if you forget you may not be entitled to a refund for your mistake. Please make sure to review all information and submit any discount codes before you submit your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that due to processing systems beyond our control, charges for shipping protection, or shipping will not be reimbursed.
Items 31 days or more delivered cannot be returned for a full refund, but can be issued a partial refund for any defectiveness.
An item within the 30 days, or after 31 days that is deemed "Defective" Must be clearly documented, or no return will be granted.
A shipping label will be provided to you, complimentary of Affordable Bricks. You will have 72 business hours to return the item, or else the label will expire and your return request will be voided.
Customers that submit a chargeback & win must ship the item back or legal actions will pursue to recollect our item. If a customer submits a chargeback and the financial institution sides against the customer, we are not entitled to accept a refund.
After an order you will have 24 hours to cancel it or else it will be packaged and awaiting shipment. Shipment cannot be disarranged at that point.

We are not affiliated with LEGO in any way, therefore returns based on the logic of thinking the order would come with a compatible box will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
