Affordable Bricks Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

Affordable Bricks is a small independent business offering specialty building sets at significantly different pricing from traditional premium building-brick products.

Because many products require inventory allocation, preparation, packaging, sourcing, and fulfillment specifically in response to customer orders, all purchases should be considered final except where a return, replacement, cancellation, or refund is specifically authorized under this policy or required by applicable law.

Please review your merchandise, quantities, shipping selection, discount codes, address information, and order total carefully before completing checkout.

By purchasing from Affordable Bricks, you acknowledge that you had an opportunity to review the product listing, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy before submitting your order.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Affordable Bricks does not offer returns or refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after purchasing.

The following are not qualifying reasons for a voluntary refund or return:

• “I don't want it anymore.”

• “I changed my mind.”

• “I cannot afford it anymore.”

• “My financial circumstances changed.”

• “I found another product.”

• “I found it cheaper somewhere else.”

• “I bought another set while waiting.”

• “I don't need it anymore.”

• “The person I bought it for no longer wants it.”

• “My plans changed.”

• “I expected it sooner,” where no guaranteed delivery date was promised.

• A birthday or other event has passed.

• Christmas or another holiday has passed.

Personal circumstances changing after the purchase do not make the merchandise defective and do not, by themselves, create eligibility for a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

Holiday & Birthday Purchases

Customers purchasing merchandise for Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, vacations, parties, school projects, conventions, or other events are responsible for ordering with sufficient time.

Unless Affordable Bricks expressly provides a guaranteed delivery date for the service purchased, shipping timeframes are estimates.

The passing of Christmas, a birthday, holiday, event, or other personally desired delivery date is not, by itself, grounds for a refund, return, partial refund, discount, or store credit after the order has shipped.

If delivery timing is important, customers should select Expedited+ when that service is available.

Choosing Standard Shipping rather than an available Expedited+ option means the customer has selected a non-priority service with an estimated, rather than guaranteed, timeframe.

Order Cancellations

Orders should be reviewed carefully before checkout.

Once an order enters fulfillment, inventory may be committed and work may begin specifically for that transaction.

Accordingly, Affordable Bricks generally does not permit discretionary cancellations because:

• A customer changed their mind.

• A customer can no longer afford the purchase.

• A customer found a lower price elsewhere.

• A promotion appeared after purchase.

• Christmas, a birthday, or another event is approaching or has passed.

• The customer purchased the wrong set.

• The recipient no longer wants the gift.

• A customer's personal plans changed.

No Price Matching

Affordable Bricks prices may change because of:

• Promotions

• Inventory changes

• Supplier costs

• Seasonal sales

• Discount events

• Clearance pricing

• Marketing campaigns

We do not offer post-purchase price matching.

A lower price appearing after a customer's purchase does not create eligibility for:

• Cancellation

• Refund

• Partial refund

• Store credit

• Retroactive discount

The price accepted at checkout is the price applicable to that transaction unless Affordable Bricks identifies an actual billing error.

Discount Codes

Customers are responsible for entering applicable discount or promotional codes before submitting payment.

If a discount code is forgotten, entered incorrectly, omitted, expired, or otherwise not applied before checkout, Affordable Bricks does not ordinarily provide a retroactive partial refund or price adjustment.

Please review the order total before completing checkout.

Defective Merchandise

A legitimate manufacturing defect may qualify for corrective action under this policy.

You may be required to provide:

• Your order number.

• Photographs.

• Video.

• A description of the problem.

• Photographs of affected pieces.

• Packaging photographs.

• Additional information reasonably required to evaluate the claim.

Our support team must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and troubleshoot the reported problem.

Depending upon the nature of the issue, Affordable Bricks may provide:

• Replacement components.

• Replacement merchandise.

• Repair/troubleshooting assistance.

• Digital instructions.

• Another appropriate remedy.

• A return authorization for inspection.

A minor correctable component issue does not automatically require replacement or refund of the complete set.

Missing Pieces

Building sets can contain hundreds or thousands of individual components.

A missing individual component does not automatically qualify the entire product for return or refund.

When a customer reports a missing piece, Affordable Bricks will attempt to identify and replace the affected component.

The customer must allow Affordable Bricks a reasonable opportunity to provide replacement pieces before claiming that the entire product is unusable.

If replacement pieces resolve the issue, no full-product return is required.

Missing Instructions

Many Affordable Bricks products utilize digital PDF instructions.

If printed instructions are not included but PDF instructions are available, the product is not considered defective solely because printed instructions were absent.

If a customer cannot locate or access their instructions, Affordable Bricks will provide or resend the appropriate digital instructions.

Missing printed instructions alone are not grounds for a full refund or product return when usable digital instructions are available.

Defective Product Return Inspection

When Affordable Bricks determines that physical inspection is necessary, the customer will receive return instructions and, when applicable, a return label.

Returned merchandise will be inspected before a refund decision is finalized.

Approval to send merchandise back does not itself constitute approval of a refund.

After inspection, Affordable Bricks will determine whether the reported defect is verified.

If the defect is verified:

Affordable Bricks will provide the remedy appropriate to the verified problem, which may include replacement components, replacement merchandise, or a refund where appropriate or required.

If the reported defect cannot be verified:

A refund may be denied.

Examples include situations where:

• The reported damage is not present.

• The merchandise functions as intended.

• A claimed missing component is present.

• The reported condition differs materially from the evidence originally submitted.

• Damage occurred after delivery through misuse or customer handling.

• The returned merchandise is materially different from the merchandise originally shipped.

Affordable Bricks reserves the right to document returned merchandise through photographs, video, weight records, inventory records, serial or identifying information where applicable, and inspection notes.

Submitting false or materially misleading information in connection with a return request may result in denial of the claim.

Merchandise for which a refund is denied will be handled in accordance with the return instructions communicated to the customer and applicable law.

Return Authorization Required

Do not send merchandise to Affordable Bricks without receiving authorization from our support team.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

A return address appearing on a shipping label does not constitute authorization to return merchandise.

Shipping Protection Claims

Shipping Protection is primarily a replacement/reshipment benefit.

For a qualifying insured/protected shipment that is verified as lost or damaged, Affordable Bricks may resolve the claim by:

• Replacing the damaged components.

• Replacing the affected product.

• Reshipping a confirmed lost shipment.

• Using expedited shipping for an approved replacement where provided under the applicable protection terms.

A verified lost shipment does not automatically require a cash refund when the applicable Shipping Protection remedy provides for replacement.

Nothing in this provision limits remedies required by applicable law.

Packages Reported Lost

Affordable Bricks will review relevant tracking information before classifying a shipment as lost.

Tracking that has temporarily stopped updating is not automatically evidence that a shipment has been permanently lost.

Customers may be required to assist with:

• Carrier investigations.

• Address verification.

• Delivery confirmation.

• Missing-mail searches.

• Other reasonable verification measures.

Where Shipping Protection applies and loss is verified, Affordable Bricks may resend the order using expedited service instead of providing a cash refund.

Damaged Shipments

If merchandise arrives damaged, please photograph:

1. The shipping container.

2. The shipping label.

3. Any visible external damage.

4. Internal packaging.

5. The affected merchandise.

Do not discard packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Depending on the nature of the damage, Affordable Bricks may replace only the damaged components instead of replacing the entire product.

Refund Timing

When a refund is approved, Affordable Bricks will submit it to the original payment method.

After Affordable Bricks submits the refund, processing time is controlled by the payment processor and customer's financial institution.

Affordable Bricks cannot control how quickly a bank posts a completed refund.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact Affordable Bricks before initiating a payment dispute so that our support team has an opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate concerns.

Affordable Bricks maintains records relating to transactions and may provide relevant documentation when responding to a payment dispute, including:

• Checkout records.

• Order confirmations.

• Customer acceptance of applicable policies.

• Payment authentication records.

• Shipping-method selections.

• Tracking information.

• Carrier delivery confirmation.

• Address information.

• Customer communications.

• Replacement offers.

• Photographs or videos.

• Return inspection results.

• Refund records.

• Fraud-prevention information.

Affordable Bricks reserves the right to contest a chargeback or payment dispute when our records show that the transaction was authorized and that merchandise or an appropriate remedy was provided in accordance with the terms accepted at purchase.

Nothing in this policy restricts a customer's rights under applicable law or applicable card-network rules.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, contact us immediately.

Legitimate unauthorized-payment claims are different from customer-service disagreements involving an authorized purchase.

Affordable Bricks cooperates with payment processors and financial institutions investigating suspected fraud.

Customers Must Review the Order Before Purchasing

Before submitting your order, please confirm:

• Correct product.

• Correct quantity.

• Correct address.

• Correct shipping method.

• Correct promotional code.

• Correct order total.

• Appropriate shipping option for any personal timing needs.

Submitting the order confirms that you intended to purchase the items shown at checkout, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

Independent Brand Disclosure

Affordable Bricks is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with LEGO® or the LEGO Group.

All products sold by Affordable Bricks are Affordable Bricks branded or independently sourced compatible building-brick products and are not manufactured, licensed, or approved by the LEGO Group.

References to compatibility are descriptive only and do not imply sponsorship, authorization, or affiliation.
