Affordable Bricks Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

Thank you for supporting Affordable Bricks.

Affordable Bricks is a small independent business, not a large-scale fulfillment warehouse. Every order supports our team, and we appreciate your patience while we process, prepare, inspect, and ship your building sets.

Please read this Shipping & Fulfillment Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the shipping terms displayed at checkout and contained in this policy.

Q4 & Holiday Shipping Notice

October through December is our busiest period of the year.

Because of significantly increased Q4 order volume, customers should not place an order using Standard Shipping with the expectation that it will arrive by a particular holiday, birthday, event, vacation, or other deadline.

Unless a delivery commitment is specifically stated for the shipping service selected at checkout, estimated processing and shipping timeframes are estimates and are not promised delivery dates.

Our current estimated fulfillment timeframes are:

Small Sets: approximately 3–15 business days

Large Sets: approximately 10–40 business days

These are estimates based on normal operating conditions. They are not guaranteed completion, shipment, or delivery dates, and an order may take longer during periods of unusually high volume, inventory transfers, supplier delays, weather events, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment.

Business days do not include weekends or applicable holidays.

If fulfillment is delayed beyond an applicable disclosed shipment timeframe, Affordable Bricks will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, or request for consent required by applicable law.

Standard Shipping Is Not Date-Guaranteed

Standard Shipping should be selected only by customers who are comfortable waiting through the normal Affordable Bricks fulfillment process.

If you choose Standard Shipping, you acknowledge that:

• The timeframe shown is an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

• Delivery by Christmas, another holiday, birthday, anniversary, event, vacation, or other personal deadline is not promised.

• Affordable Bricks cannot guarantee carrier transit times for standard orders.

• Seasonal demand may cause fulfillment to take longer than the estimated timeframe.

• Missing a customer's desired personal date does not, by itself, make a product defective.

• A product arriving after a holiday, birthday, or other personal event does not, by itself, create a right to a refund, partial refund, discount, store credit, or price adjustment after shipment.

Customers purchasing for an important date should order as early as possible and should select Expedited+ when that service is available.

Expedited+

For customers with time-sensitive orders, Affordable Bricks offers Expedited+ on eligible orders.

Expedited+ is our highest-priority fulfillment option and is intended for customers who need the fastest available Affordable Bricks service.

Where checkout specifically displays the 1–9 business day Expedited+ delivery commitment, that commitment applies subject to the terms and exclusions disclosed with the service.

Customers concerned about a Christmas, birthday, event, or other delivery deadline should select Expedited+ when available.

A customer who chooses Standard Shipping instead of an available Expedited+ option acknowledges that they elected the non-priority fulfillment option and should not rely upon an estimated Standard Shipping timeframe as a guaranteed arrival date.

Expedited+ Rates will increase accordingly due to how soon December 24th is. Affordable Bricks is not responsible to price match or reimburse in the event you wanted to use Expedited+ and did not do so before the change.

Holiday Orders

Affordable Bricks does not represent that Standard Shipping orders will arrive before Christmas or any other holiday unless a specific guaranteed delivery commitment is expressly provided at checkout.

Ordering an item as a gift does not convert an estimated shipping timeframe into a guaranteed delivery date.

Accordingly, after an order has shipped, the following circumstances alone are not grounds for a refund or partial refund:

• Christmas has passed.

• A birthday has passed.

• An anniversary or event has passed.

• The item is no longer needed as a gift.

• The customer purchased another product while waiting.

• The customer's plans changed.

• The customer expected delivery by a date that Affordable Bricks did not guarantee.

Order Processing

Orders may move through inventory allocation, quality control, packaging, fulfillment, and carrier preparation before tracking begins showing movement.

The creation of a tracking number does not necessarily mean the carrier has completed its first physical scan.

Please allow tracking systems time to update.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is offered to provide additional protection against qualifying shipping problems.

For covered orders, Shipping Protection is primarily a replacement/reshipment benefit, rather than a cash-refund program.

Subject to verification, qualifying circumstances may include:

• A shipment confirmed lost in transit.

• Shipping-related damage.

• Certain qualifying delivery problems.

When a covered shipment is confirmed lost, Affordable Bricks may reship the merchandise using expedited service rather than issue a cash refund.

When only a portion of an order or individual components are damaged or missing, Affordable Bricks may replace the affected components rather than replace or refund the entire set.

Shipping Protection does not convert an estimated delivery date into a guaranteed delivery date.

Nothing in this section limits any remedy required by applicable law.

Missing Pieces

Affordable Bricks building sets contain many individual pieces. Occasionally, an individual component may be missing.

One or more missing pieces does not automatically make the entire set eligible for a return or full refund.

Please contact our support team and identify the missing component.

When verified, Affordable Bricks may provide the appropriate replacement piece or pieces at no additional product cost.

Customers should allow Affordable Bricks a reasonable opportunity to correct a missing-component issue before pursuing another remedy.

Instructions

Some Affordable Bricks products use digital PDF instructions.

The absence of printed instructions does not constitute a missing or defective product when digital instructions are provided or available for that product.

If instructions are missing, inaccessible, or the customer's link is not functioning, contact our support team and we will provide the appropriate PDF instructions.

Missing printed instructions alone are not grounds for returning an otherwise complete and functional set.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before submitting an order.

Please verify:

• Name

• Street address

• Apartment or unit number

• City

• State

• ZIP/postal code

• Country

If an incorrect address is supplied, contact Affordable Bricks immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

Additional shipping expenses resulting from customer-provided incorrect or incomplete address information may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Carrier Delays

Once merchandise has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit may be affected by circumstances outside Affordable Bricks' direct control, including:

• Weather

• Holiday volume

• Transportation disruptions

• Carrier network congestion

• Customs

• Incorrect carrier routing

• Local delivery interruptions

Affordable Bricks will assist customers with legitimate shipping problems and carrier investigations when reasonably possible.

Lost Shipments

A shipment must be verified as lost before a replacement claim is approved.

A temporary lack of tracking updates does not automatically mean a package is lost.

For orders covered by applicable Shipping Protection, a confirmed qualifying lost shipment will generally be resolved through replacement/reshipment, including expedited reshipment where provided by the applicable protection terms.

Affordable Bricks reserves the right to investigate tracking information, delivery records, carrier scans, address information, and other relevant evidence before approving a lost-package claim.

Nothing in this section eliminates any consumer right or remedy required by applicable law.

Customers Purchasing for a Specific Date

If you require merchandise for Christmas, a birthday, vacation, convention, party, school project, or another specific event, please plan accordingly.

Standard Shipping estimates should never be interpreted as a promise that an order will arrive before your personal deadline.

Where available, Expedited+ is the appropriate option for customers requiring Affordable Bricks' fastest service.

Choosing a non-guaranteed shipping method means accepting that the merchandise may arrive after the customer's desired date.
